Team Methodology
With an emphasis on a concierge approach to customer service, The Rule Team Relocation Group will put the client first and foremost. From the moment a third party relocation consultant contacts the F.C. Tucker Relocation Division, both the third party company and the employee will be treated to top-level, detailed service. It is our goal and objective to minimize or eliminate all the hassles and hurdles during the relocation process.
Through constant and timely communication with the third party relocation consultant, the transferee will be provided the knowledge, information, and choices to make the right decision for them and their family.
Verbal communication and technology will play a large role in the disbursement of information to the transferee. A one on one dialogue is crucial to maintaining a high level of intimate customer service and customer satisfaction.
The transferee will have 24 hour access to a web portal created to provide them with information on school districts, area demographics, crime rates and activity, day care, area boundaries, Etc…
Along with this web portal, the Rule Team Relocation Group member will continually be available for all questions and concerns during each phase of a “destination” or “departure” relocation program.
The Rule Team Relocation Group prides itself on a high level concierge approach that informs and enables the transferee. With this information the transferee can make an educated decision about the market and their investment. This allows the transferee to not only make the best decision for them, but to do it in a fashion that allows them to focus on their full time job at their company.
The preferred layout of services from the The Rule Team Relocation Group for the transferee will consist of two main service divisions plus additional services to meet all the client’s needs. The two main divisions will be categorized as Destination Services and Departure Services. These services are outlined further under each named section.
