Rule Team "Listing Photography"

We are firm believers that your home will be judged like the cover of a book.  It is with this theory in mind that The Rule Team puts a very high emphasis on quality, professional photography.  This, however, does not mean we spend hundreds of dollars to have a professional photographer. 

A "hired" photographer who doesn't have knowledge of buyer wants and needs will not be able to portray your home in the same manner that my team and I would. We take the photos ourselves with quality cameras and editing equipment like Photoshop so that we get the pictures that will matter most to a particular buyer/prospect.

I personally have a background in photography and film and spent several years in college and post college working in graphic design and digital photography.  This experience along with my "on the job" training as a stager, decorator, and home designer, has allowed me the skills necessary to portray your home in the best possible light to the potential buyer.
